Whether you’ve changed your telephone number or moved to a different location, it’s important to update your details so your account information is correct.
Update your user details
- Login to your Healthcode Account
- Go to My Account by clicking the person icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen
- Select User and Login from the left-hand menu
- Make any changes you need to the user and address sections and then click Update User in the top right of the screen. You’ll be asked to confirm your changes
